A man who locked a fake bombard about the neck of a teenage irish colleen in an apparent extortion attempt has been jailed for 13-and-a-half years on an Australian court.
Paul Douglas Peters fond of his false device to Madeleine Pulver, then 18, at her deeply in Sydney in August 2011.
It took police and experts 10 hours to dissect apd1ss the device and decree it safe.
Peters admitted the charges in Walk 2012 after being extradited from the US.
A erstwhile investment banker, he was arrested at the dwelling-place of his ex-wife in Louisville, Kentucky.
